- Blink Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a Registered Financial Services Provider (FSP No. 44252), approved and regulated by the Financial Services Board (FSB)
- In terms of our FSP license, Blink Consulting is authorized to provide financial advisory services and intermediary services in respect of the following products: Long-term insurance, short-term insurance (personal lines), pension fund benefits, participatory interest in collective investment schemes, health service benefits.
- In respect of these services, Blink Consulting accepts responsibility for its actions and those of its representatives.

- Blink Consulting holds professional indemnity insurance cover.
- We remind you that all material facts supplied to us must be accurate and properly disclosed.
- In the event that a full needs analysis is not performed, we remind you to take particular care to consider the appropriateness of our advice in the light of your objectives, financial situation and needs.
- If you elect not to conclude a transaction recommended by us, or not to follow the advice furnished by us, or to receive less information and advice than that offered, then you may be exposed to risks, and you should take particular care to consider whether any product or investment selected is appropriate in the light of your needs, objectives and circumstances.
- Please note that we are bound by anti-money laundering legislation, which requires us to report any suspicious and unusual transactions to the Financial Intelligence Centre.
- Blink does not engage in fee sharing arrangements with other service providers such as attorneys and accountants, and any referral to such persons is based on specific client needs and service experience with the professional concerned. We will seek to avoid any potential conflicts of interests as far as possible. We believe that it is important to maintain impartiality and independence so that you are able to remain confident that recommendations made are appropriate and based on a proper analysis of your financial needs and circumstances.
